Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
